The monthly plans will lead you to a Stripe checkout, then a service agreement. If you have already paid but have questions on the agreement, we’ll chat with you in Slack.
If you sign up for monthly you may cancel at any time. If you signed up for quarterly you may cancel after 90 days.

If you buy a monthly plan, you’ll receive a complimentary 1 hour creative strategy call. You will also be added to our project dashboard and Slack immediately after purchase.
Our service is non-refundable and we do not have a guarantee due to the creative nature of the product. We have a very high reputation in the startup community.
You will get access to a private board to keep track of the status and attachments of each video request. If your plan does not include Slack, this is where communication will happen
